Our Killerman’s Run Cabernet Sauvignon has been crafted through careful fruit selection, traditional winemaking techniques, sixteen months maturation in new and seasoned French oak hogsheads and bottling unfiltered to fully enhance the wines character and appeal.
A dry and warm vintage, 2020 has delivered reduced yields of highly-flavoured fruit. Lower than average rainfall further concentrated the natural structure and through careful fruit selection and final blending, this final wine truly shows the essence of this variety that the Clare Valley can deliver.
