Winemakers Comments

Fruit was machine harvested in the cool of the night. Pressings were fined and then added back to the free run juice. A cool ferment in stainless tank followed. With its well-defined structure, the wine offers great length, persistence, and a refreshing, crisp mouthfeel. Its acidity and structure suggest excellent aging potential, allowing it to evolve beautifully over time.
