2022 Cantina di Soave DOC

In a small village of Soave, steeped in the history of a medieval fotress which is connected the history of the vinyards and the Garganega grape, which produces this Soave wine. This dry white wine has a pleasant aroma and intense flavours. Perfect with appetizers, soup, pasta, fish and lighter meat dishes.

NV Terre Forti Novebolle Sparkling

Grapes were harvested in the second half August. Vinifation began with a gentle pressing followed by a short maceration on the skins. This processes allowed for the development of fruity and floral aromas in the final wine. A bright straw yellow colour, this wine has a delicate nose with hints of exotic fruits and floral aromas. On the palate it’s clean and elegant, fresh and tasty while the perlage is fine and persistent.
