Tasting Notes

Appearance: Medium Yellow.

Palate: Crisp grapefruit and lifted lemon/lime flavours on the palate with a lingering finish that is zesty sherbet mouthfeel.

 

Winemakers Comments

Fruit was sourced from two highly regarded Hunter Valley vineyards allowing two different soil types to provide a level of complexity to the wine. Picked early in the season and cold fermented using specially selected yeasts.
