The grapes are sourced from the rich red-loam soils of the Murray Darling region in south-west NSW, where the warm, dry climate allows Sangiovese to slowly develop its concentrated flavours. This variety naturally lends itself to producing a crisp, dry Rosé with freshness and balance.
Picked early in the 2024 vintage while the grapes are still youthful, the fruit retains its natural acidity and vibrant red berry character while helping achieve the wine’s delicate pink hue. Harvested in the cool early morning, the grapes are gently crushed and pressed to extract just the right amount of colour and flavour.
