The grapes are sourced from the rich red-loam soils of the Murray Darling region in south-west NSW. To capture the signature freshness and bright acidity that define Pinot Grigio, the fruit was harvested earlier in the 2024 vintage during the cool of the early morning. With ideal conditions and well-timed fermentation, minimal intervention was required, allowing the purity and character of the wine to shine through.
