The 2023 See Saw Balance Rosecco is an award-winning, vegan-friendly Prosecco made from 100% organic grapes sourced from Annangrove Park. Cold-settled juice inoculated with neutral sparkling yeast underwent a long, cool fermentation to preserve delicate fruit flavours. Boasts a soft pale straw colour and aromas of bright lemon sherbet, green apple, and delicate florals. The palate offers crisp green apple, honeydew melon, and lemon pith, finishing dry.
