2023 See Saw Balance Pinot Gris a 100% organic Pinot Gris from Orange offers lusciousness and beautiful aromatics, ideal for Asian-inspired cuisine. Harvested from Annangrove Park vineyard, it undergoes whole berry pressing without added sulfur. Fermented for 10 days and matured on lees for 6 months, it’s bottled in October 2023. With a golden straw color and aromas of Nashi pear and candied lemon, the palate features medium body with fleshy pear and quince flavors, finishing with lingering notes.
