The second vintage of our unique Prosecco style – with a slight blush of Barbera skins – is sourced from a certified sustainable single vineyard in the King Valley; the home for Australian Prosecco. Ours is made into a more aperitif style; drier, but with a cascade or mixed berry fruits, light yet full-flavored palate with a consistent bead of racy bubbles – this is the perfect way to start (or finish) your next Sunday brunch!
