2022 See Saw Invergo Chardonnay

The INVERGO range highlights the most intriguing varieties and innovative techniques of the season. Harvested from Coole Park and Balmoral vineyards, the organic Chardonnay undergoes whole berry pressing and fermentation in French oak puncheons. After 7 months of maturation with lees stirring for complexity, it’s lightly filtered and bottled in October 2022. Presenting a pale straw color, it boasts aromas of grapefruit pith, white nectarine, and a hint of toast, with a palate featuring lemon curd, green apple, white peach, and creamy vanilla flavors. The cool vintage lends great tension to the palate.
