Orange’s cool climate is argued to be the perfect setting for Shiraz, showcasing hints of white pepper and spicy fruit flavors. Made from 100% organic Shiraz grapes harvested from Annangrove Park, the wine undergoes whole berry fermentation in stainless steel, followed by malolactic fermentation in older French oak barrels. After 7 months of maturation, it’s blended with a portion kept in stainless steel for freshness, then lightly filtered and bottled. With a dark ruby red color and aromas of bright red berries, blue fruit, spice, and white pepper, the palate offers medium body with intense blue fruit and integrated tannins, resulting in a vibrant and juicy Shiraz.
