100% organic Chardonnay from Orange showcases elegant acidity, flavor, and balance, thanks to the region’s high elevation and cool ripening period. Harvested from three premium vineyards, it’s whole berry pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks and French oak puncheons with light solids. A portion undergoes malolactic fermentation for creaminess while maintaining acidity. Matured for 6 months with lees stirring for complexity, it’s lightly filtered and bottled in October 2022. With a straw color and aromas of white nectarine and lemon curd, the palate offers balanced citrus fruit with a long acidic line and filled-out mid-palate texture.
