Since 1814, J. Moreau & Fils has been challenging the terroir of Chablis to bring out an exceptional expression of the Chardonnay grape the 2022 J Moreau and Fils Chablis ; the only varietal grown there. An intense and fruity bouquet with notes of mandarin and pineapple on a soft background of fresh almonds. The palate is fresh and generous, very typical of Chablis, offering a very pleasant minerality character and a long-lasting, saline finish.
