This wine is made from specially selected fruit from Hugh and Isabelle Robinson’s vineyard on the Old Moorooduc Road. Our single vineyard wines celebrate the individual character of certain special sites around the Moorooduc area. Mid ruby in colour with bright red cherry, strawberry and raspberry aromas. A touch of forest floor and bay leaf aromas add savouriness. On the palate the wine is concentrated, with tangy red cherry fruit, a touch of raspberry with firm silky tannin and crisp acidity on the long and luscious finish. Enjoy with grilled quail and mushrooms sautéed in garlic, olive oil and lemon thyme.
