Medium to full-bodied with fresh acidity & fine chewy tannins. There’s a vitality to the palate, yet despite the concentration of dark berry flavours, the wine retains a lightness of touch. A delicious wine with a long future. An excellent foil to Eggplant Parmigiana or peppered eye fillet with blackberry glaze
