A dry Moscato Giallo, wild fermented and grown in Heathcote. A small portion of skin contact and barrel ferment, with the rest put to tank for 6 months.
This is such a pretty and aromatic wine. There’s texture and body but also a bright floral lift and clean acidity. Moscato needn’t be just spritzy and sweet or heavily skin contact and robust, it can be elegant and refreshing and this is just that.
