They tend to pick on the earlier side, seeking bright acid, freshness and lift without sacrificing flavour. You may ask why this wine is known as Ronda? The answer is simply because their barrels were chalk-marked RO (Rouleur), NDA (Nero D’Avola). This year they have also added some Grenache into the mix.
