Our Letterlay vineyard is one of our two premium vineyards in
Kröv. It is always highly aromatic and makes for brilliant Riesling
that shows just a little more residual sugar. Those wines are
great matches with rich and spicy dishes.
This Auslese has a very inviting aroma of ripe apples, white
peach and wet stones.
On the palate it is very animating with perfectly balanced acidity
and sweetness. You can taste peach and yellow plums as well
as some herbal notes, honeysuckle and a nice minerality.
