From the oldest Shiraz vines on the Mornington Peninsula, the Estate Shiraz has intense aromas and flavours of blackberry, dark cherry, licorice, black pepper, cedar and exotic spice. This wine is supported fine grained, but grippy, tannins and good acidity which give it balance, length and structure.
