Located in the northern Barossa, the vineyard benefits from cooling gully breezes and diverse soils, producing wines with clarity, structure, and strong varietal expression.

The range spans Riesling, Semillon, Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz, alongside the standout G7 range – a more premium tier showcasing varietal Grenache, Mataro and Shiraz with added depth and concentration. Winemaker Jack Scholz, 2023 Barossa Winemaker of the Year, continues to push the estate forward while staying true to its Barossa roots.

The Willows delivers a versatile lineup that can move seamlessly from by-the-glass to more premium list placements.

Rouleur Wine Co – Yarra Valley & McLaren Vale, Victoria / South Australia

(Available in NSW & QLD)

Inspired by exploration and a deep connection to vineyard sites, Rouleur Wine Co takes its name from cycling – a “Rouleur” being a rider who can go the distance, covering ground with strength, consistency, and purpose. For winemaker Matt East, it reflects years spent travelling between vineyards, discovering exceptional sites, and building relationships with growers – the true “Rouleur’s” of the wine world.

Working across premium regions including the Yarra Valley, Whitelands and McLaren Vale, the range spans Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Grenache, and Cabernet blends. The wines are crafted with a hands-on approach, using techniques like whole bunch and minimal intervention to let each site speak.

Refined yet approachable, Rouleur offers a thoughtful, modern take on Australian wine, with a strong sense of place and vintage.

Stoke Wines – Kangaroo Island, South Australia

(Available in QLD only)

From the rugged, windswept vineyards of Kangaroo Island, Stoke Wines captures the raw beauty and isolation of one of Australia’s most unique wine regions. With a strong maritime influence, the cool climate allows for slower ripening, resulting in wines with freshness, balance and natural intensity.

Winemaker Nick Dugmore farms his vineyard regeneratively, taking a thoughtful, minimal intervention approach in the winery. The range spans Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris and Syrah alongside more expressive styles like Pet Nat and Tempranillo — all shaped by place and season.

Stoke offers a distinctive, cool-climate expression that stands apart from mainland styles, making it a compelling addition to modern wine lists.

Chain of Ponds – Adelaide Hills, South Australia

(Available in NSW, VIC & QLD)

Named after the historic township that once served as a resting point for travellers, Chain of Ponds is deeply connected to place. Set in the cool-climate Adelaide Hills, the combination of elevation, fresh conditions and fertile soils produces wines with elegance, brightness, and precision.

The range covers everything from crisp Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Gris through to Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Grüner Veltliner, alongside a premium Single Vineyard series that highlights individual sites and terroir.

With a focus on wines that are grown rather than made, Chain of Ponds delivers refined, food-friendly styles that sit comfortably across a wide range of venues.

Produced by Vinternational, the range is shaped by strong grower relationships across premium wine regions throughout the state, with a focus on delivering varietal expression and excellent value.

From Brut Cuvee, Sauvignon Blanc, and Pinot Grigio through to Chardonnay, Rose, Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon, the portfolio covers a wide range of easy-drinking styles suited to everyday enjoyment. Bright, fresh, and true to style, these are wines designed to appeal broadly while still overdelivering for the price.

Step by Step is a reliable, versatile option for venues looking for well-made wines that are easy to list, easy to pour and easy to enjoy.

Lucie Depuydt - J. Moreau & Fils

Winemaker Lucie Depuydt embodies the house philosophy of “viniculture” – the seamless link between work in the vineyard and craftsmanship in the cellar.

Born and raised in Chablis, Lucie brings a deep understanding of the region’s limestone soils and Chardonnay’s delicate aromatic potential. Like a jeweller shaping a gemstone, she carefully guides each stage of production to reveal the purity and precision that define Chablis.

Overseeing the equivalent of a 200-hectare estate, Lucie works closely with partner growers from plot selection through harvest, vinification, and blending, ensuring each wine captures the distinctive character of its terroir.

Maria Fittipaldi - Donne Fittipaldi

Led by Maria Fittipaldi alongside her four daughters – Carlotta, Giulia, Serena, and Valentina – Donne Fittipaldi is a powerful example of multi-generational female leadership in Bolgheri.

Drawn to the light, landscape and spirit of this iconic Tuscan region, the family planted Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Petit Verdot and Malbec, crafting wines of structure and refinement that reflect both place and purpose.

Andrea Ferreyra - La Celia

Head Winemaker Andrea Ferreyra brings over 20 years of experience to La Celia.

A graduate of Universidad Juan Agustín Maza with postgraduate studies in Quality Management from Vineyard to Wine, Andrea joined La Celia in the 2006 harvest and was appointed Chief Winemaker in 2012.

Her dedication and technical excellence were recognised internationally when she was awarded Best Female Winemaker at the 5th SAKURA Japan Women’s Wine Awards.

Andrea’s approach blends precision, passion, and a deep respect for Mendoza’s terroir.
